The first Copenhagen Imports furniture showroom was opened in Phoenix, AZ in the year 1970 by Tony Christensen and Erik Hansen. The collection includes not only Danish design, but also designs from all over the world. The company represents many of the internationally recognized names in the industry, among them are Skovby of Denmark, Ekornes of Norway, Schillig of Germany, Natuzzi of Italy, Seltz of France, Lafer of Brazil, Elite Manufacturing of USA, Cellini of Indonesia, 6T9 Collection of Singapore, Slate Vision of South Africa, and many others.

Copenhagen Importslimits the delivery service to the metropolitan areas served by its showrooms.
